Holden Lunsford serves as Chief Executive Officer of Union Industrial Co., based in Dallas, Texas.

He is the former Managing Partner at Holt Lunsford Commercial (HLC), a vertically-integrated commercial real estate service and development company based in Dallas, Texas, where he oversaw all third-party transaction services and corporate growth initiatives at the company. During his time at HLC, Holden was instrumental in forming the company’s Dallas office leasing and tenant representation businesses.

Holden started his career as a commercial real estate investment banking professional at HFF, L.P. (NYSE: HF) in Dallas, where he contributed to the permanent, construction, mezzanine and joint venture equity financing of office, industrial, multi-housing, hotel and retail assets across the southern United States.  During this time, he executed more than $2.62 billion in commercial real estate debt and equity transactions.

Holden is a graduate of Texas A&M University (BBA, Finance) and Harvard Business School (OPM).

Holden also currently serves as a partner of Holt Lunsford Holdings, a diversified family office, and is involved with several philanthropic boards, including The Real Estate Council (TREC), MediAlliance International, Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board, and the East-West Ministries Partnership Board.
