Luccas Borges serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Union Industrial Co., based in Dallas, Texas.

Luccas worked in real estate finance and private equity with Temerity Strategic Partners, and formerly worked in middle market private equity and venture capital with The Pritzker Organization (TPO). In those roles, he has underwritten, diligenced, and negotiated private operating company and real estate transactions. He has also advised and evaluated capital strategy, both for LPs allocating capital and new Funds raising capital.

Luccas started his career at McKinsey & Company with the Strategy and Corporate Finance Group in New York, where he supported major real estate firms and industrial operating businesses on operations and growth strategy.

Luccas graduated from Harvard College as a John Harvard Scholar in three years with Advanced Standing, magna cum laude, (BA, Economics) and received his MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He has remained involved with academia and co-authored an HBS case with Prof. Arthur Segel: Liberty Square and The Affordable Housing Crisis (Copyright 2022).

Luccas serves on the Board of Directors of The Oley Foundation, has been on faculty with American GI Association, volunteers on behalf of the Trauma Center Association of America, and is a frequent speaker at national and international medical conferences.
