Nicolas Cuesta serves as an Investments Associate at Union Industrial Co., based in Dallas, Texas.

Nicolas previously worked in private equity and asset management at Asset Administradora General de Fondos, a Chilean boutique firm, where he focused on alternative asset structuring and fund management across sectors including industrial real estate, renewable energy, infrastructure, forestry and private debt. In these roles, he led capital raising initiatives, executed acquisitions, structured complex investment vehicles, and managed portfolios totaling over $700M in equity on behalf of global and local institutional investors and family offices.

Nicolas holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, where he graduated with Dean’s Honors, and a BBA in Finance from the Universidad de Chile.
